Remove pier and replace with new steels and redirect soil stack to create open plan.
- Remove lounge wall.
- New rads and lighting.
- New Island layout with new corian worktops throughout.
- New flooring and decorating throughout and upstairs.
- Underfloor heating and tiling to entrance and wc.
- New front door and all internal doors.
