LIQUID RUBBER INSTANT SET

A unique roofing system, specifically formulated for use in the new roof and roof refurbishment sectors, this is a safe alternative to traditional roofing systems and single-plies alike. Liquid Rubber Instant Set is spray applied onto the surface cold at up to 1,000m2 a day and instantly sets on contact, making it showerproof almost immediately.

Liquid Rubber Features

Liquid Rubber is a cold, spray applied, elastomeric membrane system, that can be applied at a rate of up to 1,000m2 per day. Due to its unique formulation, it can be applied to a variety of different surfaces, providing outstanding protection and highly anti-corrosive properties. Liquid Rubber eliminates the need for stripping old material, providing an ideal over-coating for most substrates including asbestos.

LIQUID RUBBER PREMIUM

Formulated specifically for hand application and designed for use on smaller projects or where Liquid Rubber Instant Set is not an option, this is a quick and easy solution. With outstanding adhesion properties and completely eco-friendly, Liquid Rubber is a safe alternative to traditional roofing systems and single-plies alike.

Liquid Rubber Premium is the specifically formualted for application by brush and roller. Liquid Rubber Premium sets within 2 hours of application and is fully cured within 48 hours.

RAPIDROOF®

RapidRoof® is a seamless, waterproofing system that can be brush or roller applied as a cold liquid.  It is a rapid curing, two coat membrane, that cures within 20 minutes per layer and can be trafficked within an hour - providing a fully bonded, tough surface, with over 200% elasticity. RapidRoof is ideal for domestic projects or small industrial roofs.

RapidRoof® Features

RapidRoof® provides a cured membrane, with a similar finish to Glass-Reinforced Plastic or EPDM but with greater flexibility and much faster application rates.  RapidRoof® is ideal for domestic projects or small industrial roofs and is available with an Anti-Skid finish for designated walkways balconies or as a standalone system, in grey as standard or black if available (please call for other colour requirements, subject to minimum 160m2 order and 10 days delivery).
