To create an open plan kitchen/diner with smaller window and wc.

Completed Project:

Internal alterations included, installing a steel rsj, removing walls, making downstairs toilet smaller, installing new smaller window, blocking up old back door and fitting Benchmarx solid oak kitchen with granite worktop. Underfloor heating and tiling throughout kitchen floor and walls. New spotlights throughout and decorating of entire house.
